Well-known members of the Morehead community will demonstrate cooking 1-2 dishes during each class. They will share their love of cooking, special techniques and recipes. Class members will get a sample of the dishes prepared.

People have used common herbs for millenniums. Students will learn to identify these local plants and how they have been used throughout the centuries.
