Historically significant neolithic monuments of the ancient world will be illustrated and investigated. The course will include lesser-known stone monuments that are older and even more intriguing than the Great Pyramid or Stonehenge, two of the most recognizable examples. The course will examine a selected number of neolithic sites for their historical, sacred, or mystical significance. An optional short field trip will be available for participants after the lecture sessions.

Everyone has a story! You can preserve your stories by writing them down. Being with a group that is sharing their stories can be a motivation for you to write your story. At the last class each person will receive a cloth bound booklet containing the group's stories.
